On Tuesday, 11 December 2018, Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Training Center, will hold a training program entitled " the mechanisms of work in the Social Insurance and Nitaqat" at the Chamber Branch in the province of Khafji from 4 pm to 9 pm. The program is dedicated to men only.
The program will discuss Saudi employee accounting rules, parallel settlement, settlement units, reasons for not counting some employees, in addition to knowing the special cases and their rates of calculation, work permits, financial compensation for expatriate workers, and the weekly rate of Saudization in 26 weeks.
The program also will review a special interlocutor in the social insurance including regular retirement controls and early retirement, the most prominent electronic services in the site of the ministry, deduction ratios for Saudi and expatriate employees, the definition of work injury, in addition to a discussion about the program and the mechanism of exchange for beneficiaries in the program and explain the reasons for the interruption of disbursement.
The lecture will be presenting some real examples as well.
The program targets business owners, managers, employees in the human resources sector, and university graduates that are specializing in human resources.
